You may call the hotel and note that you are part of the Pearson/Peterson Wedding Party and they will do their best to accommodate. If you choose to book online, be sure to use the link included on this page to ensure your room is scheduled within the reserved room block.

A shuttle will transport guests from the hotel to the wedding for the ceremony. The bus will begin taking guests from the hotel to the venue around 3pm it will continue to make round trips from the hotel to the venue until 3:45.
