Your presence is gift enough, but if you're feeling particularly generous, please consider a contribution to one of our favorite causes: The Access Fund, Planned Parenthood, The Humane Society of Silicon Valley, or the International Rescue Committee.
Attire is semi-formal, with the caveat that we will be in the woods, so please dress accordingly. We highly recommend flat-soled shoes (no stilettos, but flats and wedges are great!). Also, the temperature may start out quite warm during the ceremony, but it will definitely cool off in the evening, so please bring warm layers.
We will arrange transportation to the cabin from the Four Points in Scotts Valley. Depending on where everyone is staying, we may try to arrange a second pickup. If you plan to drive yourself, please reach out to us directly.
We are both trying hard to disengage from social media and strongly request that you not post any photos of the wedding weekend. We truly appreciate your consideration in helping us achieve a social media-free celebration.
Yes, the wedding is entirely outside, so please dress accordingly (see the question on attire above!).
Obviously, due to the Delta variant, the Covid situation is not what we imagined it would be when everyone was getting vaccinated back in spring and we decided to set this date. We are monitoring the situation on a daily basis and currently feel comfortable continuing as planned, but safety is our first priority. The entire event is outdoors, we have confirmed that every guest over age 12 is vaccinated, and all vendors onsite will be masked. That said, we encourage everyone to do what makes them feel most comfortable -- for example, if you want to be masked, please go ahead and do so. Also, if you have any suggestions or input on this, please let us know.
