Check out the Waterline Hotel and its restaurant, Eliza Ann’s Coastal Kitchen. Enjoy a happy hour cocktail from 3-6 weekdays and $5 small plates while you gaze at the bay from the deck. Their events are open to the public, and range from aqua yoga, painting with a fish, to Dine for Daycation - eat a meal and stay for the day with full pool access and live music.

Family fun at the Historical Park

Fishing Charters
Fishing Charters, Gary with Tuna Breath is our favorite. Tuna Breath Charters is owned and operated by Captain Gary Huffman, who was born and raised in Manatee County. Captain Huffman developed his love of fishing from his father and grandfather at a very early age and now shares that love with his children. You can join him for a day of fishing aboard his 24-foot custom T-craft tower boat and experience his love of this sport first hand. Doctors Office (BAR)
If you require a pick me up, head out to the Doctor's Office. For 21 and up, find all the medications you may need. For many years the space now occupied by the Doctors Office bar was the real doctor's office for the island’s communities. Our favorite drink is the Painkiller.

Hidden Paths Segway Tour
Try a Segway tour and explore the hidden paths most would never know as you won't find them on a map. Learn the story of Ponce de Leon, the Timucuan Indians, George Emerson Bean, to "Island Stewards" of today. Great start to the trip as they tell you all the secret places to and show the way to newcomers from Leffis Key to Bean Point. They also offer a 60-minute guided walking meditation through Leffis Key Nature Preserve. Your guides will give queues for mindfulness while grounding in nature. The Native Americans that settled here believed this land was a sacred place and put a Blessing of Protection around the island. Groups of 4+ all ages welcome. (Picnic Lunch is extra)
