This is our favorite Plantation to visit. Full of whimsical gardens and beautiful oak trees. Middleton place began building in the late 1700s. After the US Civil War, restoration began in 1916. Full of history and beauty!

The Battery downtown is a 5.7 acre public park located in the peninsular tip of Charleston. It is southern terminus for "The Battery". Beautiful for a picnic and stroll!
