We're getting married!

Who would've thought you could find your forever person in a grocery store self checkout? While I was checking out my items Jake was checking out me. We owe it to our friend Matt who I was actually visiting at his job at Giant that day. Love finds it's way in the places you least expect!

This past summer we were invited up to stay with our good friends Lucas and Meg for a fun weekend together. One of the items on our agenda was to go hiking. The hike was beautiful. Eventually we reached the top of the mountain with the most amazing view overlooking the river. As we are all getting pictures with the gorgeous scenery behind us, Jake gets down on one knee and pops the question! Of course I said yes! Although, I'd be lying if I didn't expect it just a little bit (he asked me to get my nails done right before our weekend) ;)
