How do I RSVP?

RSVP is fully electronic through Zola. Click on the RSVP tab and search for your name!

Please RSVP by March 8, 2026!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 4pm, ceremony will start at 4:30pm.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know when you RSVP if you are bringing kiddos and what their ages are. Our caterer would like to know about kids 5 yrs and under, and kids 6-10 yrs.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know if you have a dietary restriction or allergy at least 2 weeks before the wedding. We will work with the caterer to have a plate set aside for you.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be plenty of parking in a grass lot but please try to carpool as much as possible. The venue is about 5 miles from the recommended hotel area (corner of N Tryon and WT Harris).

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?

Answer

No, there will not be a shuttle from the Hilton or other hotels that were recommended. However, it's very easy to find an Uber or Lyft in Charlotte!

What time is the reception scheduled to end?

Answer

The reception is scheduled to end at 10pm. Cocktail hour will begin around 5pm and the ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. Please arrive at 4pm at The 1932 Barn. Ceremony and reception will both be held at the barn.
