Anna Seitz

Matron of Honor

The bossiest of them all, but a sister that would fight for me and stand up for me no matter what. I couldn't ask for a better matron of honor. I love her so dearly and watching her marry the love of her life and become the best mom around has been the sweetest thing. She is hilarious and a straight up grandma all in one, but I have always looked up to her in so many ways. Growing up, I wanted to steal all of her friends. The bond she has with her best friends is something that I was always inspired by. She loves those people dearly and strives to keep each of them an important part of her life. I'm so lucky to have her as my big sister and standing by my side. She is always looking out for her little sis and going above and beyond for me and everyone else she is surrounded by. Her sourdough bread is unmatched and so is her sassiness.

Lauren Jordan

Bridesmaid

Started off hating each other... but we made a real bestie come back. We love a good underdog story. We were forced to ride to soccer practice together and lived a couple streets over from each other in the 'hood. Lauren always wore bows and dresses and I had an issue with that for some reason. Anyway, after being forced into carpool together, we became best of friends. We actually told everyone that we were cousins (she was a Jones as well before marriage). It all worked out until one day someone came up to my actual aunt and said, "I met your niece; she is so cute and adorable." When they didn't say any of her nieces' names, she was very confused. You name it and we have done it together. She has been my ride or die and girl that I go to about anything. She is a God-fearing woman that is always open for a shoulder to cry on, ear to listen, and wise advice-giver. She will always be family, and we will always be... SUPERSPIES. Fun facts-- we love Madea and we love the Rush Hour movies. I honestly wouldn't know where I would be if it were not for this girl.

Savannah Mims

Bridesmaid

A much later in life relationship to bloom. Somehow, I met my soulmate in January of 2018. I had kind of become friends with Savannah, but not like super tight or anything. Then during our first semester of PT school I get asked to go on Spring Break with a group of gals. We were on our way home from, none other than the Flora-Bama (if you haven't been this is an Alabama staple), driving back to our friend's house. Savannah and I were squished in the back seat of a car and Savannah turns to me and says, "we are going to be best friends." I was like... this girl has had too much to drink and she must be crazy. But our friendship only flourished from there. I have had no other friend bring me energy and shear happiness as this girl has. We have had the most fun together and she is a light to all. I seriously think we were best friend soulmates. After PT school, she and I lived together for 2 years before I had to give her away to her better half-- Jared. The memories we have together make me smile. We have danced together, cried together, and watched a lot of One Tree Hill together.

Emily Byorth

Bridesmaid

One of my best friends since the day I arrived on Clemson campus. I have a vague memory of her telling me freshman year-- "you're one of the funniest people I have ever met." (It's not really that vague... I relive it fairly frequently and remind her of it often as it really boosted my confidence). And then the rest was history-- automatically best friends. I think she would take a bullet for me... but there was a time I was in desperate need of some ChapStick during a long day of classes and she did not allow me to use hers... so maybe she wouldn't take a bullet for me. This girl has been one of the most loyal, loving people in my life. She is self-less and has brought me so much joy. We ended up being paired together in college for all of our lifting workouts and we constantly were having to stop and change the weight for her because she was a little weaker than me and couldn't lift quite as much as I could, but we stayed partners anyway. On a serious note-- one time we were sitting in our living room just talking about life and I was so moved by my best friend having to deal with tough stuff, I started crying for her... and then she started crying. This honestly just shows our bond and love for each other.

Katie Dowdell

Bridesmaid

Probably the culprit of who stole my Kraft sliced cheese in college (a story for another time). This girl is a hot mess, but somehow one of the most successful people I know. She and her husband happened to move to Birmingham, so she could become a big shot surgeon, and their move to my city literally made my life. Katie is not scared to tell you how she feels or judge the clothes you are wearing by one sweep of her eyes. But with that said she is one of the most loving human-beings with a huge heart for those that she is closest to. She has amazing rhythm and dance moves and is funny-- sometimes. Katie’s most recent selfless act is that she reports she will one day pay for me to get Botox so I can continue to look pretty so I can remain qualified to be in the running of her top best friend.

Gabby Byorth

Bridesmaid

Gabriel. The woman for the job. My hype lady. Love this girl. Believe she also thinks I'm one of the funniest people on the planet. Laughs at all my jokes. The adventures we've had together could go on for days. She also lived with me for 2 years in college and was in all my classes and had to put up with my insane study habits pulling all-nighters the night before big tests. This girl took a freaking donkey bite for me. Forget a bullet... you heard me, a DONKEY BITE. That's real love. Her sis and me punched the donkey to get it to let go... my uncle said it could've broken her arm. Never fear, this girl also somehow got her fingers rolled up in a window by one of my other bridesmaids and couldn't get her to roll the window back down because she was in straight shock. Maybe ask Gabby about a secret quote jar... maybe it should be pulled out for the wedding.

Claire Burnikel

Bridesmaid

Oleeee Claire bear. Love this child. It was freshman year and I got a call from Claire's best friend from growing up-- "Hey, we are in Greenville, Claire somehow has food poisoning. Can you come pick us up?... oh, and can you bring a bucket too?" fondest memory of Claire to this day. This girl is gorgeous but also just the most humble and caring person around. She is self-less and always trying to make sure everyone fits in and is having the best time. Whether it's singing the same exact song about fish and sharks and whales in the car for 3 hours straight or realizing that the half-marathon you were running on the coast of Maine is indeed not flat but very hilly, Claire is going to make the most of things and make them fun for everyone. Bailey pulled me out of my shell in high school and Claire did in college. She doesn't let you sit on the sidelines and is a pusher in the best way possible. She also supports my role as a dog mother and making music videos better than anyone I know. She takes these things very seriously as she senses my passion about them.

Sawyer Byorth

Bridesmaid

Sawyer girl! The biggest hearted girl ever. I remember my first time meeting her. We were at the farm and she and I got put in the back of the side-by-side. She asked me all kinds of questions about growing up and my family. She was so intentional with every question. I was like-- dang, I've only known this girl for 2 hours and she knows more about me than most people do. Her heart for animals and humans is unlike anyone I've met. She went from vegetarian city girl to rancher eating Dairy Queen and steak. She has helped transform the very special farm in Ian's family to a home and a place where any animal that comes is lucky to call home. Probably the most spoiled farm animals ever. She has loved on me during some tough times and always makes everyone around her feel seen. Can't wait to have this girl as a sister.

Annie Byorth

Bridesmaid

Soon to be sister! She is beautiful and so fun. Growing up with 4 older brothers couldn't have been easy, but she does it with so much grace. I love getting to spend time with her and just sit down at Mr. Paul and Mrs. Rhoda's kitchen table and talk with her for hours about all the things. I love Annie's lively personality that will dance the night away on the dance floor and sing karaoke 'til the night is over, but also just loves being around her family.

Abby Drescher

Bridesmaid

Literally been by side since diapers. Our moms were both teachers and they had a program for teacher's kids for them to go to daycare. Sharing a first name, she was always 'Abby Boone' and I was always 'Abby Jones' even if we were the only Abby's around. I think we were literally in the same class every year except 3rd grade until we were in like 7th grade. This girl has been through it all with me. From my super tom-boy years to the dating all the cutest boys to thinking we were hot stuff in middle school. She came over one night to spend the night at my house and we froze our bras ... that's right...we were some baddies as they call it these days. Frozen bras. We did ballet together and had several choral concerts together. First time I ever watched "A Walk to Remember" was at her house and I cried like a baby. We went separate ways in college but stayed the best of friends. I can tell Booney anything and I know she would support and love me. She had her first born, Anderson, and I remember going to the hospital the day she was born. It was the tiniest baby at that point I had ever held in my life. I was so proud of my best friend and it definitely solidified I wanted to be a mom one day getting to see her raise and love on her little girl.

Bailey Cofield

Bridesmaid

Somehow Bailey Cofield and I ended up best friends. Not even sure how it happened. She just so happens to be one of the prissiest, girly-girls around and I was the sportiest, biggest tomboy of them all in school. We were in elementary school together and were somewhat friends but I feel like we really started to become besties in middle school. She was one of the cool girls and invited me over to her house for sleep overs. She would then force me to watch scary movies and just bust out laughing at how scared I would get. We made up dances, some girls got their ears pierced, we would talk boys, pull all-nighters. This girl helped me get out of my shell and helped me feel confident in high school. She was always in my corner, no matter what. This girl always knows the tea and the drama and always is keeping me well-informed. Not to mention she is one of the funniest people around. "The little golden man!"

Owen Seitz

Ring Bearer

Our favorite (and only... yet) nephew. He is full of energy and personality. This little man will talk to you for hours about the hit show, "Trash Truck", and the Auburn Cheerleaders or UAB Golden Girls. He loves to play instruments-- a tuba is all he wanted from Santa this year. He is so loved and we love every second we get with him even if it's via FaceTime. He loves his Uncle Ian and always wants to know where he is. We are so lucky to have this spunky 2-year-old be our ring bearer.

Dr. George Mathison

Officiant

Josephine Magnolia

Flower Girl

Our little angel. The happiest, cuddliest, sweetest puppy you will ever know. She loves water, walks off leash, bathtubs, snuggling in the mornings, and a tennis ball. She is full of life and energy. She keeps us company during the times we have had to spend apart over the years but is her happiest when we are all together on a hike or hunting.
