Please arrive by 3:30PM and be seated by 3:45PM so we can promptly start the ceremony at 4:00PM.
In order to accommodate all of our guests and ensure everything runs smoothly, we ask that only those whose names are specifically addressed on your invitation attend.
This will be an adult-only wedding.

Yes, there will be a shuttle service that will transport guests from hotels where there are room blocks to the the ceremony. There will also be a shuttle service that will return guests to their hotel from the reception beginning at 9:00PM . There will be multiple trips.
Formal attire is requested. Suits with ties and floor-length dresses.
The ceremony will be held outdoors and will last approximately 30 minutes. The cocktail hour will be on the pergola patio of the Adelphi Hotel. The reception will be held indoors.
There is public parking available across the street from the ceremony location in Congress Park. There is also public parking located off of Washington Street which is also walking distance to the park. There is also valet service provided by the Adelphi Hotel for a fee.
