Shuttle service provided by Sterling Limousine will be available for transport from the hotel to the venue and back, starting around 4:15pm. The shuttle can hold approximately 40 people and will make continuous round trips until 5:00pm
The American Historical Swedish Museum prefers to not have guests arriving prior to 4:30pm. Because of the tighter window prior to the ceremony, we encourage those more familiar with Philadelphia to Uber/taxi and allow those coming from out of state to take the shuttle.
The shuttle will make return trips from the venue to the hotel from 9:00-11:00pm. There is a no guest-left-behind policy :)
