Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We are excited to share our special day with out nearest and dearest. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests, only those named on the invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We adore your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration (with the exception of children in the wedding party). We are restricted on the numbers we are allowed to have at our venue, and are unable to accommodate everyone. We hope you understand and take this opportunity to have a well deserved night off!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests dress in semi-formal attire. If you're wondering what to wear: For women: cocktail dresses, elegant skirts or pants with a nice blouse, or jumpsuits For men: suits or dress pants with a dress shirt (tie optional, but welcome!) Comfortable shoes encouraged for dancing! Both ceremony and reception will be taking place indoors, where it is air-conditioned. Still unsure? When in doubt, it’s always better to be slightly overdressed. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm, so we recommend arriving by 3:30pm to park, find your seat, and settle in.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking available at The Vault, but it is limited. There is ample public parking within a block radius of The Vault.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have a hotel blocks at the Holiday Inn, The Fairfield by Marriott, and the Best Western. All hotels are located in Galesburg, IL. Please go to the Travel tab to receive further information such as links, discount codes, etc.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Unfortunately our hotels do not have shuttle services. While there is ample parking in the area, carpooling is always a great option.
