The ceremony will start right at 4:00 so please plan to arrive by 3:30pm.
What to wear: Cocktail attire such as dresses, jumpsuits, suits, blazers and tie optional. As for shoes, we'll be on a farm with soft grass so make sure you wear something that doesn't sink. SHUTTLE: 3:00-3:30 Leaving from the Hampton Inn & Suites in Downtown Richmond. CEREMONY: 4:00-4:30pm Near the lake. COCKTAIL HOUR: 4:30-6:00pm In the stable and on the lawn. We'll have light bites, yard games, and good vibes. DINNER: 6:00-7:00pm In the barn, we'll have BBQ catered by Deep Run Roadhouse (with vegetarian options). MUSIC & DANCING: 7:00-10:30pm We have one of our favorite bands, Kendall Street Company, playing two sets in the barn. Be prepared to boogie or enjoy from afar. There's plenty of space in the venue so if you're like Abby's dad who doesn't like loud noise, you can sit by the fire pit or at a table on the lawn.
