Dalyn and Abby met in 2022 while working together at a small Vietnamese restaurant. It was the kind of place where everyone was underpaid and bonded by chaos (which somehow made it the perfect starting point). They were not fast friends, but with mutual friends and a very entertaining workplace environment, a slow friendship began to grow… along with something more. By April of 2023, they officially started dating, and they’ve been inseparable ever since. Their lives quickly blended into one. In January of 2024, they added a second cat, Twix, joining Abby’s original cat, Lucky. In October of 2024, they signed the lease on their first apartment together, and in September of 2025, they signed a lease for their home! They gained more space, a yard, and the perfect place to continue building their family with Dalyn’s son, Brentley, who makes their world brighter (and louder). September of 2025 was a big one: they welcomed a third cat, Cheeto, and on September 6th, Dalyn proposed. (Abby said yes obviously!) With three cats (special shout out to the pup, Maggie, who came after this), a home full of love, and a family that finally feels complete, Dalyn and Abby are so excited to celebrate their marriage in 2027.
