What Should I Wear?

We’re excited to get dressed up together! Creative garden-inspired attire encouraged with shoes comfortable for grass. Please avoid denim. This will be an outdoor, lakeside celebration, so be sure to dress for the weather.

Are Kids Invited?

Children of out-of-town guests are welcome. Please note that there won't be separate children’s meals or activities. The wedding will be held on a lake with live music, so supervision is required.

A tent will be in place if needed, so we’ll be celebrating lakeside, rain or shine!

Is There Parking?

Yes! Parking will be available, with signs clearly indicating where guests may park. As this is a residential area, we kindly encourage carpooling when possible.

What are my lodging options?

Americas Best Value Inn (Annandale) – We’ve reserved the entire hotel for Saturday night, more information listed in the Travel section. The Thayer (Annandale) – A historic hotel located in downtown Annandale. Airbnb/Vrbo – Many local cabin and lake-home options nearby.

Is there transportation?

Answer

Yes- shuttles will be running between the Annandale hotel and the lake house for guest transportation. Full shuttle times and details are listed in the Travel section. There are no Uber or Lyft services available in the area, so we encourage guests to plan on using the shuttle. Guests are also welcome to leave their cars overnight at the lake house if needed.
