Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to a limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP section of the website.

We love your kids! However, all wedding events are for adults only. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We want everyone to feel stylish while staying comfortable in the Charleston summer weather. Think light fabrics, fun colors, and classic southern style. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear suits, and ladies in midi or long dresses. Please note that the ceremony, cocktail hour, and tented reception will take place on the grounds of Legare Waring House, so we recommend choosing shoes that are suitable for walking on grass. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be a parking lot at our venue. The safety of our guests is of the upmost importance so guests will be able to leave their cars at the venue if needed following the reception. However, all cars must be moved by 12 pm on Saturday!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Trollies will be provided for those who are interested in catching a ride from downtown! Trollies will pick up next to the Francis Marion Hotel at 4:45. Please RSVP for transportation so we can make sure all guests are accommodated.
