We have hired a wonderful photographer to capture the entire ceremony for us, we ask that you put your phones on silent and enjoy this “unplugged” ceremony with us.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included on your invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invitation by name.
Absolutely! Children under the age of 18 will be listed on your invitation as + kids - while submitting your RSVP, you will also be able to RSVP for your children who are included in your invitation. Music will be family-friendly from 8-9. After 9pm the dance floor will take on an adult atmosphere. Feel free to stay and party, or head out whenever you’re ready!
If you do not RSVP by our March 8th deadline, you will be marked as “not attending” and you will not be accounted for in our total head count for food, drinks, dessert, seats, etc. The reason for this is that we must provide accurate guest counts to all our vendors within a timely manner. If you have troubles with the QR code and/or wedding website, please reach out to Cody and/or Abby with your attendance answer and they can mark you down. Thank you for your understanding!
We kindly ask you arrive no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony begins. The ceremony begins at 4pm, so we ask you arrive no later than 3:45.
Dress your best! Our venue is indoors and air conditioned, however take into consideration Iowa weather. Our wedding colors are blues and greens with a rustic/barn atmosphere. And, PLEASE avoid wearing white!
Yes! Willow Creek is able to accommodate all parking needs! There is a parking lot, if the parking lot is full please park to the right side when you pull in and park on the grassed area.
Yes! There are not any stairs around this venue, if you require wheelchair accommodations please reach out to Cody and/or Abby and either one would be happy to grab someone to assist when you arrive!
Yes! The ceremony will be held in the Glass Chapel at 4pm. After the Ceremony the reception will follow in the barn on the same property!
Our guests will be responsible for providing their own transportation to and from the venue. Please take into consideration that alcohol will be served during the reception and the venue is also on gravel roads. If you are under the influence, please call an uber or have someone transport you to your next destination! Be safe & please be mindful!
