Can I bring my children?
Answer
As much as we would love to celebrate with all of the littles that we love, unfortunately we can only open our invitation to children who are addressed on your invitation. We hope you can take this time to have an fun adult outing!

What should I wear?
Answer
We urge our guests to embrace formal attire with an emphasis on color, patterns and light fabric suited for the outdoors. If you’d like more inspiration, we suggest you google “garden party wedding attire” and it should give you a good idea of what we’re looking to see. Comfortable footwear is recommended as you’ll be walking in the grass. We look forward to celebrating in style!

Where should I park?
Answer
There will be plenty of parking at Maple Hill as well as a small welcoming committee to offer you a drink and direct you where to go.

Can I stay over night?
Answer
The farm has a campground that our guests are welcome to use for the night. We ask that all guests have vacated before 8 am on 7/27/25. Thank you and have safe fun!

MENU Mezze Platter Prosciutto and Melon Antipasto Skewers Mini Lump Crab Cakes Roasted Beets with Goat Cheese Sweet Pea and Burrata Bruschetta Mini Lobster Salad Rolls Watermelon, Feta and Mint Salad Tropical Grilled Shrimp Salad Flatbreads: •Prosciutto, peach and Burrata •Margherita •Sausage, pepperoni, onion and pepper Sliders: •Pulled Pork with Coleslaw •BBQ chicken with Pineapple Salsa Pizza will be arriving at 9 pm for guests who’d like to stay later and enjoy a bond fire and more fun!

Will there be walking involved?

As many of you know, maple hill farm is a vast and gorgeous property! We’d love our guests to make themselves at home and explore. We will have a “memory walk” for guests to follow from the ceremony to the reception. We will also have trollies to show people around the property throughout the reception so hop on whenever you see one and take a ride!

Is there an open bar?

We will have an open bar with signature cocktails, beer and wine.

Do we have a registry?
Answer
We do not have a gift registry. We have a house fund set up for any guests who would like to contribute. Thank you!
