Yes! This is an important one — the reception venue does not allow personal vehicles on site. Shuttles will be provided throughout the day-of events and will transport guests to and from all accommodations.
The reception will be held at one of Snake River Ranch's open field sites with a large sail cloth tent for coverage during meals, conversation, and dancing— all framed by wide-open sweeping mountain views.
Our celebration at Snake River Ranch will take place in a beautiful outdoor setting. After cocktail hour, guests will enjoy a short 3–4 minute walk along a scenic gravel road next to a stream to the reception (there will be a transportation option for those that may request that). While the dress code is black-tie optional, we encourage everyone to consider the venue's natural terrain when choosing their footwear. We want you to feel both comfortable and confident as you enjoy the scenery, the celebration, and a night of dancing under the Wyoming sky.
