When is the deadline to RSVP?

Do I need my passport?
Answer
Yes, you will need a passport and it must be valid for at least six months from the date of your arrival or departure to Cancun. Instructions on how to apply for one are linked on the travel website.

Will you have a room block set up?
Answer
Yes, we have secured a room block from Saturday, October 11th -Wednesday, October 15th! Please refer to the travel page for more information on booking rooms.

Will there be any other events outside of the wedding?
Answer
Yes, we will be hosting a welcome party for all of our guests on Sunday, October 12th! The time will be updated on the schedule page as soon as possible.

When do I need to be at the wedding?
Answer
Our ceremony will officially begin at 5pm. We suggest arriving no later than 4:45pm to find your seat before we say “I do”!

What is the attire?
Answer
Semi formal attire is requested and we politely request no white. Additionally the resort has dress codes at night for restaurants regardless of our private event. Can we take photos on our phone?

So everyone can be fully present with us, we are politely requesting for an unplugged ceremony! Please refrain from all electronics until the cocktail hour following the ceremony.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate guests not indicated in the invitation. Rest assured that you will be seated with people you know!

Are children welcome?
Answer
To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children.

Are the ceremony and reception indoor or outdoor?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoor, weather permitting, so please dress accordingly! We will keep an eye on the weather and have an indoor option if need be.

Where are the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception located?
Answer
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be on the oceana sky terrace and our reception will be on the beach deck.
