Question

When and how should I RSVP by?

Answer

To RSVP please click the "RSVP" tab here on our website and type your name. All invited guest in your party will appear. Please mark "will attend" or "will not attend". Please RSVP by August 8th to assist the couple in finalizing their guest count and making necessary arrangements for their special day.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly request all guests to arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony begins. Please consider travel time, traffic, parking, and finding a seat. The ceremony will begin at 3:30 so please consider arriving by 3:00.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors. Please dress accordingly and check the weather conditions leading up to the wedding. Following the cocktail hour, the reception will be held inside the barn.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Upon arrival at the venue, parking signs will direct guests to the designated parking area.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We invite our guests to join us in dressing up for the occasion! We kindly request formal attire: suits, dresses, and any colors are welcome. Ladies, please refrain from wearing white or ivory tones.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love all your children, the venue has limited capacity. Invitations will specify the names of children who are invited. We encourage you to enjoy this evening as a fun night out for yourselves!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to the venue's limited capacity, we can only welcome the guests named on your invitation. We look forward to celebrating with our closest family and friends!

Can we bring gifts to the wedding?

Answer

While your presence is the greatest gift to us, we will have a cards and gifts table! If you wish to give, we prefer cash or cards. Thank you for your understanding and generosity!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have made a room block at the Holiday Inn Lancaster, an IHG Hotel. Please look into the travel section of our wedding website for more information.

What is the on the menu for the special day?

Answer

During cocktail hour, guests will enjoy a variety of passed appetizers to kick off the evening. Following that, the meal will be a dual-entree service, starting with a freshly served salad course. For the main course, guests will have duel entrees, ensuring there's something for everyone's taste. To cap off the meal, we have planned a non-traditional dessert that promises to be a delightful surprise. We are mindful of dietary restrictions and have made arrangements to accommodate various needs. If you have specific dietary concerns, please let us know, and we'll ensure you have a wonderful dining experience.
