If you wear white, we will absolutely talk about you for the rest of our lives. No question. Any other color is open and encouraged, including black - which the bridal party will be in!
We're having a spring garden party! Think sport coats and cocktail dresses. If you're feeling up for it - fun hats and fascinators are encouraged! (After all, we'll be at The Stables right after Kentucky Derby season...)
The ceremony will take place on a lawn overlooking the land of Foxhall Resort and a lake. Cocktail hour will be outdoors on the patio. The reception will be indoors, but you are welcome to linger (have another) outside on the lawn or at the outdoor fireplace!
We love your children, but we have decided to give you an open bar and a night off from parenting (with the exception of close family).
The ceremony will be a little over a mile away from the accommodations at Foxhall Resort. There is ample parking if you choose to drive yourself. But don't be foolish. We will be providing a shuttle between the two!
The ceremony will begin at 5 p.m. Please arrive by 4:45 p.m. to ensure you find a great seat! Anyone who arrives late will be asked to wait until an appropriate time determined by the wedding coordinator to be seated.
