We are very excited for our October 16th wedding celebration and look forward to seeing you and sharing this special time with each of you. We’ve arranged the Hyatt Place Downtown Charlotte located one mile from Covenant Presbyterian Church and an easy 10 minute drive to Charlotte Country Club. It is important to book rooms prior to September 10th in order to guarantee your room(s) and at the contracted rate at $115 + tax. (Note that the usual rate is $242.00). Breakfast and WiFi are included. FYI, there is a Carolina Panthers (NFL) home game that weekend, so hotels are in high demand. After Sept 10th, the rooms will be released and only if still available would you receive a room, so to insure room(s), please book prior to Sept 10th!
