Am I invited to both the Ceremony & Reception?

Answer

We’ll be hosting a more intimate ceremony followed by a larger reception celebration. When you RSVP, you’ll see the events you’re invited to attend.

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

Yes - the intimate ceremony is outside and on hiking trailhead. There will be golf carts / transportation up & down the hill provided from the trailhead parking lot. The larger reception will also be outdoors under the overhang in between The Buffalo Jump Steakhouse & Saloon and The Saloon 333 & Smokehouse located in Beulah, WY.

Is there a block of hotel rooms available?

Answer

While there is no 'block' of rooms, there is a discount available on a first come first served basis for as long as The Holiday Inn Convention Center has rooms at a discounted Wedding price for our wedding. Let the hotel know you are in town for Abby & Ashley's wedding when you are booking your rooms for the discounted rates.

Attire / Dress Code?

Answer

There is no formal dress code for our wedding. If you would like to dress in our wedding colors they are: Terracotta, Forest Green, Sage Green & Sand. You by no means have to wear our colors. We do recommend that you bring a light jacket as this will be an outdoor wedding celebration!
