Casual Dress
This will be a dinner for our overseas guests to show you a bit more of the lovely English countryside. It will be leaving from Windsor, which is about 20 minutes from Pennyhill by car/taxi. This will be an evening meal on a ferry boat on the Thames. If your schedule allows take the time to visit the town of Windsor first. There are loads of fun things to do not the least of which is touring Windsor castle. It was built in the 11th century and is the oldest and largest occupied castle in the world. After dinner it will be closer and more convenient to stay at the hotels near the wedding. We will arrange a ride back for you.

Guest Arrival
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
If you are arriving the same day as the wedding and staying at Pennyhill Park your room may not yet be ready . However reception will happily hold your luggage for you. The ceremony starts at 1pm so please be sure to arrive in time to settle and refresh yourself if needed before the fun begins!
Ceremony
1:00 pm - 1:30 pm
Coat & Tie **Ladies weather permitting the ceremony will be outside, so shoes with wider heels will work best in the grass.
Reception Drinks
1:30 pm - 3:00 pm
Wedding Breakfast + Speeches
3:00 pm - 5:45 pm
This will be the formal sit down dinner and time for any speeches.
Comfort Break
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
A break in festivities while our dining room transforms to the dance floor. Feel free to stop back in your room to freshen up, grab a drink and have a chat or explore the beautiful hotel grounds.
