When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 12th, it will help us plan catering, seating, and possible shuttle service.

Is there parking for the reception?

Answer

Yes, the lodge has a large gravel lot directly across the driveway.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the reception?

Answer

We hope to schedule a shuttle for guests; if you'd like to use that service, please let us know when you RSVP.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know. There will be both vegan and gluten free items available, plus there is a small kitchen with fridge and microwave which will be available for your use if you need to bring any personal food or baby food.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a block of rooms with a discounted rate at the Hampton Inn just off of I-85. There are also great downtown hotels like 21c and Unscripted. If you're considering another hotel or Airbnb, but aren't sure about the location, just let us know, we'd be happy to help!

Are you getting married at the lodge on Saturday?

Answer

No, we're having a private ceremony with immediate family on Friday. On Saturday we're just focused on throwing a fun party to celebrate with everyone!
