FAQs

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we adore the little ones in our lives, we respectfully advise that this is an adult-only event.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, please see more information on some of our preferred hotels (including any room block arrangements) on the "Travel" tab of our website.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. The Estate cannot be accessed by private vehicle, so we have arranged for transportation to shuttle guests from select pick-up locations near the Estate to the ceremony venue.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be hosted in the same location?

Answer

Yes, guests will be able to walk between the ceremony location and our reception venue in 1 - 2 minutes.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be hosted with black-tie attire. Please don your finest garments, taking into consideration that different parts of the evening will be hosted on grass, concrete, hardwood floors and gravel. Please take a look at this article for additional clarification: https://www.brides.com/story/black-tie-wedding-guest-dress-code-long-gowns

Question

Do you have any room blocks reserved for the wedding?

Answer

Yes, we have reserved 1 room block (inc. 25 rooms) at the Hampton Inn nearest the Biltmore Estate. For more information please see the "Travel" tab of our website.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your formal invitation will specify whether we have accounted for you to be accompanied by a plus one.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

No. Guests will be able to park at the designated shuttle pick-up/drop-off locations, but the Estate is restricted to private vehicle access for our ceremony and reception.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! Please check the "Registry" tab on our wedding website.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by following the instructions outlined in your formal invitation by February 16th, 2024.

Question

I have more questions. Who can I contact?

Answer

Please contact Dr. Toni Czito, the mother of the bride, with any questions not addressed on our website.

Question

Will I be able to explore the Biltmore Estate as a guest of the wedding?

Answer

Yes! As a token of our gratitude for celebrating with us on our big day, we extend each of our guests a day pass to explore the Biltmore House and Estate. When planning your weekend in Asheville, please allocate time to put this pass to use and explore the beautiful Biltmore Estate. More specific details to follow.
