There will be a shuttle available to get guests back and forth between the hotels and the wedding venue throughout the day. Guests will be able to get on the shuttle from either the Hampton Inn & Suites, the Comfort Suites, the Best Western Plus, or the AmericInn. The bus will pick up and drop off at both the Hampton Inn & Suites and the Best Western's front entrances BUT the Hampton Inn & Suites and the Comfort Suites are right next to each other (1 minute walk) and the AmericInn and the Best Western Plus are also right next to each other (they share a parking lot). The bus schedule will be as follows: 03:15 PM - Depart from Best Western Plus Hudson I-94 03:25 PM - Depart from Hampton Inn & Suites Hudson 03:42 PM - Arrive at the wedding venue for the ceremony 04:20 PM - Depart from Best Western Plus Hudson I-94 04:30 PM - Depart from Hampton Inn & Suites Hudson 04:47 PM - Arrive at the wedding venue for cocktail hour 08:30 PM - Depart from the wedding venue to go back to the hotels 10:30 PM - Depart from the wedding venue to go back to the hotels 12:00 Midnight - Depart from the wedding venue to go back to the hotels ***Please be ready to leave at those specific times as the bus shuttle will only being staying at each pickup spot for 5 minutes before they depart. ***Please tip the shuttle driver for safely getting you to and from the hotel to the venue.
