A Note on Accommodations

Summer in Estes Park is an extremely popular destination for weddings and vacations. People travel from all over to see the beautiful Rocky Mountains. That being said, hotels and cabins book up very quickly and unfortunately most will not offer a room block or group rate. It is highly recommended our guests book lodging once they decide if they will be able to attend.
Stanley Hotel

333 E Wonderview Ave, Estes Park, CO 80517 (970) 577-4000 Dating from 1909, the Stanley Hotel is famous for its role in 'The Shining' and is 4 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park. If you are NOT a scary movie person, like the bride, this hotel offers stunning views and great location to both our wedding venue and downtown Estes Park. There are 3 different accommodation types at the Stanley: The Residences, The Lodge or the Aspire.
Option 1: Stanley Residences

Tucked behind the historic hotel, the Residences at The Stanley Hotel are private, condo-style rooms with full kitchens, private hot tubs and enough space for big groups.
Option 2: The Aspire

Aspire is a separate building located at the Stanley Hotel. Aspire offer modern accommodations and apartment-like extended stay hotel in Estes Park. Aspire offers large rooms perfectly equipped for adventure seekers and National Park Visitors offering a modern, quiet, and comfortable place to stay. Aspire features brand new rooms with luxury decor, apartment-like amenities, and 360-degree panoramic views of Rocky Mountain National Park.
Option 3: The Lodge

The Lodge is a boutique Estes Park hotel at The Stanley, coupling boutique and historic experience under one roof. Featuring updated historic-style accommodations, The Lodge offers a more intimate and unique experience at The Stanley.

There are plenty of accommodations in Estes Park if you are interested in alternate options! If you choose to stay elsewhere such as an AirBnB, VRBO or other hotel please make note about the lack of transportation such as Ubers / Taxis in Estes Park. Our transportation will be between the Stanley and Black Canyon Inn each day. However, The Stanley does have parking for $10 if you would like to park and take transportation to the venue.
