Time to party!

Nick was moving into a new apartment with his roommates Scott and Steven, after taking a few months to live back home in Maine during the Covid summer. Abby, per usual, was out in the East Village for Saturday morning brunch. After an afternoon of bottomless Margaritas, she invited Nick to an impromptu Halloween Party she and her roommate Abbey decided to throw mid brunch. Nick, after a long day of moving and unpacking, decided to go check it out. He tossed on his Hockey Jersey costume and as he attempted to leave his apartment, he unexpectedly found that his doorknob was broken, trapping him inside the new apartment. Set on attending, he tried getting creative by taking the fire escape down from his window, only to then be trapped on his balcony once the window shut behind him. On the verge of losing all hope, a friendly neighbor saw him struggling and called the building super to help him out. Meanwhile on Abby’s side, 2hrs had passed by and the party was slowly starting to dwindle. After almost 🎶 getting tired of waiting, wondering if he'd ever be coming around 🎶, Nick finally showed up, and they spent the rest of the evening singing Karaoke in their living room together. Since that fateful day, Nick and Abby have embarked on many adventures over the next ~6 years and have built a life together in the heart of New York City. They’ve travelled the world together, they’ve made new friends along the way, and yes; they still sing plenty of karaoke together.
