We’re getting married!

We met at San Jose State (go Spartans!) in 2019! Cade was playing football and Abby was playing water polo. We lived in the same freshman building on campus. One day, Abby’s teammate came to practice in a football hoodie with “Hall 92” on the back. Abby gave her teammate a hard time, trying to figure out who her latest victim was, only to hear that she stole the hoodie out of a dryer in their building because it had been left in there for TWO days. Yes, you heard it right: two whole days. A few days pass and the freshman water polo girls were in the dining commons eating dinner and another teammate goes: “Hey! That’s the guy who’s hoodie she stole!”. That’s the first time that Abby ever saw Cade, and let me tell you, she really liked what she saw. She decided then that she would find a way to meet him. If you know Cade, you know he’s a little shy; But if you know Abby, you know she’s not at all—so the shyness wasn’t a problem. The first party back to campus their sophomore year, Abby saw Cade talking to two of his teammates and she walked over and introduced herself. And that was it! Even after all this time, Abby still has to remind Cade that his laundry is done ;) We are so excited to celebrate the next chapter in our story with you all! Thank you for being a part of it!!!
