Transportation will be provided from Aloft Downtown Tampa beginning at 1:00 PM, with buses making continuous rounds throughout the day.
Dress to impress! While an all black look is encouraged to keep the vibe timeless and chic, we want you to feel comfortable and confident — so wear what makes you feel your best. Just think classy, cocktail, and celebration-ready!
Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins so you have time to park, find your seat, and settle in.
Since we’re having a full Catholic Mass, there will be time between the ceremony and the reception. Our ceremony begins at 2:00 PM and will end around 3:00 PM, while cocktail hour starts at 6:30 PM. We encourage everyone to enjoy the break and explore downtown Tampa—grab a drink, walk along the river, relax at your hotel, or check out nearby restaurants and bars. We can’t wait to celebrate with you later in the evening!
Guests can park in Lot 1 or Lot 2 on W. Palm Ave, or Lot 3 on W. 7th Ave. All lots are a short walk to the venue entrance on W. Oak Ave. Please note there is no parking directly across from the venue on W. Oak Ave.
As much as we love your little ones, we kindly ask that this be an adults-only celebration — with the exception of children in the bridal party. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope you take this opportunity to enjoy a well-deserved date night (and a weekend getaway) with us!
Aloft Tampa Downtown is our host hotel for the wedding weekend. Many of our guests will be staying here, and we would love for you to join us so we can celebrate together throughout the weekend.

May in Tampa usually brings warm, sunny weather with highs in the mid-80s and occasional afternoon showers (because, Florida). We recommend light, breathable fabrics and maybe a backup umbrella — just in case!
