What is the hotel information?

Answer

Our primary hotel is The Hampton Inn Oxford located at 151 Main St, Oxford, ME 04270. Secondary hotel is the Oxford Hotel & Casino which is directly across the street. We do not have a room block at either location as they did not accept one for the holiday weekend.

Can you drive to the Venue?

Answer

No, parking on site is for handicapped and vendors only. We will have a shuttle service that will pick you up right outside the hotel and bring you back at the end of the night. The shuttle will depart the hotel at 3PM to head to the venue. No need to worry about driving!

If you are not staying in the hotels, where can you catch the shuttle?

Answer

There is a public parking lot in downtown Norway that the shuttle will stop at located at 19 Danforth Street. The shuttle will depart this parking lot at 315PM.

What Time Does the Wedding Start and End?

Answer

4PM-10PM. First return shuttle will pick up at 9PM to return to the hotel for anyone who would like to depart early. If anyone would like to leave prior to 9PM, please contact before the wedding weekend and we will try our best to accommodate.

Is the ceremony and reception inside or outside?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, please dress appropriately for spring in the mountains of Maine! Reception will be in the barn on property. In case of rain, everything will move into the barn.

No, this is a time for adults to party the night away kid and worry free!

Will there be bar service?

Answer

We will be having an open bar as a thank you to all our guests for celebrating with us. We ask that you please tip your bartenders, as they will have tip jars on the bar!

When is the RSVP Deadline?

Please RSVP no later than April 1st so we can properly notify our vendors an accurate headcount.
