Abby is a life-long Kentucky girl who never really envisioned herself leaving. Alex was born and raised in Wisconsin, he left for a year, but ultimately came back to his home state. During Abby’s fourth year of medical school, she traveled the country completing rotations at different hospitals/universities. The opportunity arose for her to complete a fourth year rotation at the University of Wisconsin in Madison. She spent the month of August at the hospital, living with her best friend, Laurie. Abby’s friends got really tired of listening to her complain about not having a partner to share her life with. They finally convinced her to jump on Hinge in Madison. The last week of her rotation, she connected with Alex. Alex patiently waited for the week to be over to take Abby on a date, and the rest was history. The two soon became inseparable. As Abby had to leave for another rotation, she promised to come back. She did, and the two built a life together. Abby was fortunate enough to find a job in Wisconsin, and the two have continued to build their life. They are thankful you have chosen to follow their story, and join them for their forever union.
