To ensure a wonderful experience for all, our catering has been planned for the guests listed on your invitation. We kindly ask that only those invited join us. If you have any questions about your RSVP, please feel free to reach out to us.

We kindly ask that you RSVP by June 1, 2026, to help us plan catering and beverages for the celebration.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes! Our dress code is sunset-inspired colors, think light purple, pink, orange, and yellow, or fun patterns! Gentlemen are welcome to keep it classic with neutral tones.

Will there be Music?

Yes! Get ready to dance the night away, we’ll have a DJ there to keep the party going all evening!

What about food and drinks?
Answer
We’ll be serving delicious BBQ from Longhorn for everyone, along with a mobile bar featuring our signature cocktails, beer, and seltzers. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance so we can be sure to accommodate you.

When should I arrive and what’s the schedule?
Answer
We kindly ask that guests arrive by 4:00 PM. From 4:00–5:00 PM, we’ll enjoy a cocktail hour with time to mingle and grab a drink. Dinner will be served around 5:00 PM, followed by our first dances and then the start of dancing at 6:00 PM with the DJ. The DJ will keep the celebration going until 10:30 PM. The mobile bar will be open until 9:00 PM, and after that, beer, seltzers, and self-serve options will be available for the remainder of the evening.

How can we leave you a note at the wedding?
Answer
We'll have a recipe box at the wedding where guests can share a favorite recipe or comfort dish and sign their card. It's a small way to bring a piece of you into our home.

Can we bring gifts to the wedding?
Answer
To help keep the day simple and stress-free, we kindly ask that any physical gifts be shipped to our home in Arizona. A card box will be available at the wedding for cards and well wishes.
