In 2018, their lives changed for the better. Ryan had just begun his junior football season, while Abbie was transitioning into her athletic training football clinical at Otterbein University. As football season came to an end, basketball season began, and long days quickly turned into long nights filled with practices, games, and travel. Despite their demanding schedules, they always found time for one another — learning how to support each other through school, busy seasons, and shared passions. Though they didn’t know it at the time, their paths had crossed in a way that would forever shape their lives. After college, their relationship continued to grow as they stepped into new milestones together. They bought their first home, filling it with laughter, love, and memories in the making. Soon after, their family grew when they welcomed another dog. Lexy and Bandit quickly became their babies, and they wouldn’t trade their pittie family for anything. With each chapter, they learned what it truly meant to build a life side by side — supporting one another, celebrating accomplishments, and cherishing the everyday moments that matter most. Then, in December of 2024, Ryan asked Abbie to spend forever together, beginning their most exciting chapter yet. This is their story — Scholz & Tuchow.
