Upscale cocktail attire - Suits or dress pants (jackets encouraged) for men, and cocktail, midi, or spring-inspired maxi dresses for women. The ceremony will be held on grass, so plan footwear accordingly. The reception and dancing will take place indoors and in a breezy, open air pavilion. Bring a light layer in case it’s cool.
We’ve reserved a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Alachua for our guests. There is also a Hampton Inn & Suites located right next door, though rooms there are not part of the block.
We recommend arriving 30 minutes early, at 5:00 PM, to allow time for parking and finding your seat before the ceremony. We will have a shuttle from the hotel to the ceremony site for those who don’t want to drive.
Parking is available on-site at the venue. Our staff will shuttle guests from the parking lot directly to the ceremony site. A shuttle service will return guests to the hotel at 8:30, 9:30, and 10:30 PM. If your car is left overnight, please arrange to pick it up by 12:00 PM on Sunday.
