Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle from all hotels to the venue and then shuttles back from the venue to the hotels. The Fairfield Inn and Hilton Garden Inn will share a shuttle. There is also parking on site! Exact shuttle schedule is TBD.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at the venue! We recommend using 200 Prairie Street, Rockford, IL 61107. There is a front and back parking lot, the pavilion across the street and street parking Overnight parking is not allowed.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is semi-formal. For men, this means suits (tie optional). For women, this means dresses. FYI the bridal party is wearing cabernet so maybe steer away from that color ;)

Are kids welcome?

While we love all of your kiddos, this is an adults only event :)
