The shuttle will pick up at the below times/hotels and drop off at OceanCliff for the reception. 4 PM: Pick up at Hampton Inn/Howard Johnson 4:15 PM: Pick up at Homewood Suites 4:30 PM: Pick up at Gurney's (please go to the conventions entrance, not the main entrance, for pick up) There will be hourly rounds back to the above hotels starting at 9 PM until the end of the after party!

Travel Note
The two closest airports to Newport are Providence’s T.F. Green Airport (PVD) and Boston Logan International Airport (BOS). The drive from the Providence airport to Newport is roughly 30 minutes and the drive from Boston’s airport to Newport is approximately 1.5 hours. From the airport, you can rent a car, take a taxi, or order an Uber/Lyft.
Travel Note
Amtrak runs from Penn Station in New York; South Station in Boston; and Providence Station in Providence, Rhode Island. From the Providence train station, a car service can take you to Newport (40 minutes away). Alternatively, certain Amtrak lines stop in West Kingston, Rhode Island, which is 30 minutes from Newport. If you are traveling from NYC, you can easily take Amtrak from Penn Station right to West Kingston.
