Is this a formal wedding?

Wear what your comfortable in, formal or casual. Just don’t come in street clothes (hopefully that is common sense)

Is the wedding inside or outside?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception are held inside, and at the same venue!

Will there be a open bar?

Answer

We will have beer available but if you would like anything else you will have to purchase your own shots/ mixers. 21+ please! Unless you’re 18 and your parents are there to allow otherwise.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

Our ceremony is going to be unplugged. However at the reception you are welcome and encouraged to take as many pictures as you want! Make sure you post them to the event page or to social media with the hashtag #CheerstoMartinez

What is a “unplugged” ceremony?

Answer

A unplugged ceremony simple means please turn your phones off and we ask you to please not take pictures at the ceremony. Photographers cost a lot of money and having a bunch of people holding their phones up in the pictures is not something we want. We want you to live in the moment with us, present. Not through you’re phone screen 😊

Can I bring my child(ren) to the ceremony?

Please do! Kids are wanted and welcome. We think that it’s a really cool thing for kids to see a wedding!

Can I bring my child(ren) to the reception!

Answer

Although we love your kids, we ask that after 8pm children under 12 are not there. They’re welcome to stay and eat, dance dance and make a memory, but as parents we feel that other parents might enjoy the night off. What’s a reception without a couple strong drinks and a lot of laughs? We don’t want to be responsible for any littles getting hurt. Let’s be honest I might get drunk, you might get drunk we all might, and it’s just not a safe environment for younger children. I’m sure you agree 😊
