Please dress semi formal! No need for a tux or a black dress, but a suit, or a shirt and tie, or a nice dress would be preferred! We have hired a very professional security staff (the best man) who will defenestrate anyone who shows up in daisy dukes or flip flops!
We will have a line from 6:00 - 6:30! We know there are many people who haven't met Colton or Abbie yet, and we want to give them a chance for a lil face time! However, we didn't plan this big wedding and reception to just stand in line the whole time. We are going to try really hard to be finished by 6:30 so we can get to the partying and dancing.
The Tracy Aviary has a parking lot on the north side of the building that you can enter via the Liberty Park loop. There is overflow parking along the Liberty Park loop. You will need to enter the Liberty Park loop through the 900 south entrance, on the North side of the park.
There will be an open gate at the main entrance to the Aviary. There will be an attendant at the gate checking to make sure you are here for the wedding before allowing you in! There is no cost to get into the Aviary!
No! If you drove to the Tracy Aviary Cafe, you have gone too far. The entrance to the Aviary is north of the cafe. Look for the parking lot!
Please give yourself ample time to find parking and your seat before the ceremony begins. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the ceremony start time.
Weather permitting, the ceremony and dinner will be outside, and the reception will be inside.
We have a wonderful photographer that we hired to take photos at the ceremony. Please keep your phones away!
