What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you don't RSVP by May 9th, you will be marked as *not attending*. We would love to celebrate with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! Please RSVP "will NOT attend" so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd that you can make it and plans have altered, please reach out to Abbie or Chris as soon as possible.

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Due to limited budget, we are only able to have a limited number of guests. If you have not been given a plus one and would like to request one, please reach out to Abbie and Chris to see if we have space/resources for your guest.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is cocktail attire. Ladies can wear midi, floor length, or pantsuits. Gentleman can wear slacks and a button up or a suit. Full formal is not necessary whatsoever, we do not expect evening gowns and tuxedos, but do ask that you refrain from jeans, sneakers, and of course no wearing white!

Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?

Answer

We ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride: white, cream, or ivory. Besides that, there are no specific colors we specifically ask you not wear, but we do advise against very dark items of clothings due to it being June in Georgia.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please be in your seat approximately 15 minutes before the ceremony, to allow ample time for parking. We will begin promptly at 4, and ask if you are late you enter during cocktail hour rather then during the ceremony

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony, no phones or cameras in use until the reception. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos/wedding video as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, take as many photos/videos as you like, whenever you like!

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors, with fans to keep us cool in the June heat. Our reception will be indoors, located on the venue where our ceremony takes place

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be a beer & wine cooler bar! We ask that you be patient and respect our bartender. However, there are plenty of nonalcoholic options!

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, due to limited numbers, we hope you understand that children are only invited if named. If your child is invited, your invitation will be made out to "The (Your Last Name) Family", and be included within your RSVP.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

The Atlanta airport is our closest major airport!

Is there a room block?

Answer

Yes we have a room block! If you click the tab marked "Travel" it will take you to our specific link. Space is limited, so book as soon as possible to get our special discount!

If I don't use your room block, where can I stay?

Answer

There are many airbnb's/hotels in Jefferson, GA, but if these are reserved, other major cities/towns that are close to the area include Athens, GA (approximately 30 mins), Johns Creek (approximately 50 minutes), and Lawrenceville, GA (approximately 35 minutes).

Will there be a shuttle service to the hotel?

Answer

For our hotel block, we actually have a shuttle service! Please reach out to us beforehand so we can see how many trips are needed for our guests, as they charge per trip and are not an overall service. This will take you to the wedding and back.
