Abbie grew up on a farm in Indiana and Brandon grew up in small town Nebraska. By chance Abbie found Chadron State college, which let her chase her rodeo and school dreams. Brandon went to Chadron because of the small town and wildlife opportunities. Brandon remembers the first time he saw Abbie, he was eating lunch with a friend of Abbie's and was instantly awestruck. Abbie had a boyfriend at the time so Brandon didn't make a move. Fast forward a couple months Brandon bought some tickets for the CSC rodeo team's Black Tie Calf Fry from Abbie's friend and went to pick them up. When he picked them up Abbie was there and then she got hooked. So technically you could say the couple met over calf balls. Brandon soon asked her out and they started dating in July of 2013. Since then they have over come insane long distance relationship while they both chased their dreams. For 2.5 years they lived 8 hours apart but finally got jobs close to each other and bought a home in Guernsey, WY. Brandon works as a Habitat and Access Biologist and Abbie as a high school science teacher. They have one black lab named "Duck" and a mare named "Ali". They enjoy hunting, horse riding, drinking, animals, and camping.
