When should I RSVP?

Please RSVP by April 10, 2025. Our final guest count is due shortly after this deadline to our vendors. Thank you!

You can RSVP through our website with the RSVP button at the bottom of the homepage.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We love your kids! However, due to the nature of the event, we will be having an adults-only celebration with the exception of immediate family in the wedding party.

What is the dress code?

We encourage our guests to dress up with us! Please see the schedule tab for more attire recommendations.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Ohio weather is always unpredictable. Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at Gervasi's covered Pavillion. If needed, there are heavy curtains that can be closed around the Pavillion for inclement weather. We will also have several patio heaters for the night if it's too cool.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is free on-site parking near the Pavillion. You will park in the lot titled "North Vineyard" on the map above. Look for signs directing you to the ceremony site!

Will transportation to the venue be provided?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation to the venue for guests. If you choose to stay at the Hyatt Hotel, they have complimentary transportation to and from Gervasi Vineyard.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will be hosting an open bar for the cocktail hour and reception. A selection of liquor for mixed drinks will be available as well as a small selection of wines and beers. Please note the venue will not serve shots of liquor to guests.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Please make a note on your online RSVP of any dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free restrictions.
