Whitewater Rafting
The New River Gorge is known for its world class whitewater and is home to many river outfitters. Let us know if you are looking to add some excitement to your trip to the Wild and Wonderful WV and we will point you in the right direction.
Mountain Biking
We may be a bit biased but we love the trails in our backyard and New River Bikes is the place to get outfitted. Andy has maps, trail recommendations, and I am sure will sneak out on a ride with anyone who is game to go.
Hiking
We are lucky enough to have National Park for a backyard and that means there are plenty of hiking options. Stop by the park's visitor's center in Fayetteville for a great view of the Gorge and to pick up a map. Or ask any local their favorite spot, it will likely be a split between Long Point or Endless Wall trails.
Summersville Lake
Summersville Lake is just a little North of the wedding site and has some of the clearest water and it is a great place to take a SUP board or kayak. You can rent boards and boats at ACE Adventure Gear (304-574-1900).
