For guest wishing to arrange their stay online, please click the link "view" below in order to get the room block rate. There will be a shuttle provided taking guests from the hotel to the reception for cocktail hour and back to the hotel at the end of the reception. A more detailed shuttle schedule will be provided closer to the wedding date. Shuttle Schedule: Please be ready and in the lobby a few minutes prior to the bus departure! Bus seats 10 people at a time Shuttle schedule bringing guests to the Reception: - First departure: 5:30 PM - Second departure: 6:10 PM Shuttle schedule bringing guests back to the hotel: - First departure: 10:10 PM - Second departure: 10:50 PM - Third departure: 11:30 PM - Fourth and final departure: 12:10 AM ** There will be no other bus pick up and drop off times so please make sure to plan accordingly**
