What do I wear?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and fall jackets and slacks. No jeans please. The event will be outside with covered area for inclement weather. Please wear layers and your dancing shoes.

Will there be heat or air conditioning dependent on the weather?

Answer

No, we are praying for a beautiful fall day. Propane heaters will be available if it gets cold. Campfire as well.

Will you be able to meet special menu needs?

Answer

Yes! The meal is buffet style, however for severe allergens, please contact the Bride and Groom to make requests. All needs will be met to the best of our caterers ability.

Is there a cocktail hour?

Answer

No, the wedding is dry. We will serve appetizers, sodas, coffee, hot chocolate, and water between the ceremony and dinner while the couple takes photos,

Is it an open bar?

Answer

There will be no alcohol served at this event.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please use the QR code to RSVP digitally. It can be found on your invitation and save the date cards.

Are kids & pets invited?

Answer

Kids are encouraged to attend, but only if you RSVP for them accordingly. Although our venue is pet friendly, please only bring your certified service animals.

Answer

Only if indicated on your invitation and you properly submitted their RSVP.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please try to be at the venue by 3pm or shortly after. Parking is a little complex and we want to make sure everyone is seated in time for the ceremony.

Can I take photos?

Answer

We have asked that the ceremony be unplugged and you refrain from taking photos. However, before, after, and during the reception, please enjoy the selfie station and take as many even photos as you like. Please use our hashtag #SuttonsSayIdo
