Yes! We have reserved room block at The Hilton Barbados Resort, with a discounted rate for guest, which you can find in our "travel" tab in the menu above.
Our room block booking deadline is March 24, 2026. We highly recommend reserving your room as soon as possible to secure your spot and take advantage of the group rate. After this date, rooms may be released and availability or pricing is not guaranteed.
Yes! You will need a valid passport to travel to Barbados. Make sure yours is up to date and doesn't expire within 6 months of travel.
Yes, Green Card holders can travel to Barbados without a Visa, for stays up to 6 months.
The main airport is Grantley Adams International Airport (BGI). For transport to the hotel; you can take a taxi at the airport, hotel shuttle through Hilton, or book a private transfer online.
Estimated totals for Friday–Sunday (2 nights): -One person sharing a room: $900–$1,400 -One person solo room: $1,200–$1,700 -Couple: $1,700–$2,600 (Includes flights, hotel, meals, and transport.)
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
The only children that we can accommodate are the children in the wedding, and immediate family. We appreciate your understanding.
Yes! Nigerian citizens can travel to Barbados visa-free, for stays up to 180 days.
The Barbadian Dollar (BBD), but USD is widely accepted. We highly recommend getting BBD during your visit. Please note cash is needed for taxi rides, as online money transfers are not commonly used.
U.S. and Canadian citizens do not need a visa for stays under 6 months. Just bring your passport!
The ceremony will be held outside. The reception will take place indoors.
Yes. Once you book your flight, your confirmation email will include a link to an immigration form that must be completed before you travel. This is an important step—if you fill it out in advance, you can head straight to customs upon arrival. If you skip it, you’ll need to complete the form at a kiosk in the airport, which often has a long line. We recommend taking a few minutes to do it beforehand to save time and start your trip smoothly!

When submitting your RSVP, please ensure you are spelling your first and last name correctly. If you cannot find your name, try entering the first and last name of someone else in your party. If you still cannot find your name please reach out to the couple.
