Ceremony
5:00 pm
Our ceremony will take place at the mountain top ceremony venue of the resort. This requires guests to take a short gondola ride up to the mountain top. Please follow directions at resort to get onto the gondola to the ceremony space. Please allow for additional time for your trip up the mountain prior to the ceremony start it takes about 6-8 minutes to get to the ceremony site and the final gondola will leave at 445PM!
Cocktail Hour
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Guests can make their way down from the mountain top space and move into the cocktail hour space. Here guests can get welcome drinks as well as enjoy passed and stationed hor dourves prior to reception in the Hawk's Nest Room.
Reception
7:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Our formal reception will begin following cocktail hour in the gorgeous ski lodge. Please continue to join us for drinks, food, and dancing to round out the evening!
After Party

Let the party continue in the Hawk's Nest on site at the Red Tail Lodge. We will have snacks and drinks to continue the night! There are private fire pits and couches and chairs to relax and enjoy the end to the evening.

Enjoy one last meal as a group together the next morning in the Thomas Room of the Appalachian Hotel. We will have one last hoorah together to enjoy one another's company in a less formal fashion and to catch up with anyone we may have missed in the hustle and bustle of the wedding day. Enjoy food and snacks on us and wrap up our wedding weekend!
