Plan to arrive around 3:30pm. Guests should arrive by no later than 3:45pm to allow time to park and get to your seats. The ceremony will start at 4:00pm.
There is no designated parking lot for the event center. There is an abundance of free parking around downtown Louisville and the surrounding neighborhood. Give yourself adequate time to find parking and walk to the event center when arriving.
Semi-Formal attire is preffered.
No, the ceremony is all inside; however, there are outdoor areas available for parts of the evening weather permitting!
