What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Guests should plan to arrive *15–30 minutes* before the ceremony begins at 4 pm to get settled.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We kindly ask our guests to dress in formal wear. For gentlemen, this means a suit and tie or tuxedo, and for ladies, a floor-length gown, elegant midi dress, or dressy cocktail attire.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We love all your people, but due to space we can only accommodate the guests listed on your invitation.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Yes! We can’t wait to celebrate with the little ones. Kids will be added to your RSVP invitation with an option for a "kids meal" at dinner!

Is there parking at the The Bend Event Center?

Answer

Yes! The venue shares a large parking lot with the Hyatt Hotel. Note: There is a short outdoor walk from the hotel to The Bend Event Center.
