Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Fromal- Polished and elegant but not overly formal. For women, think cocktail midi dress, skirt and blouse, nice pants or maxi dress. For men, suits or dress shirts and ties optional. Our theme is spring floral, please take into consideration factors that may affect your comfort, aim for a refined look that is comfortable for celebrating.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the ceremony begins so you have time to park, find your seat, and get settled. Since the ceremony starts promptly at 4:00 PM, please plan to arrive by 3:30 PM.

When should I RSVP?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP as soon as you can upon receiving your official invitation so we can organize with our vendors. Please have your RSVP in by May 23rd at the latest! *If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked "no." We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one it will appear under your name when you RSVP through the website. Please be sure to list the name of the guest who will be joining you.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors. The cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors.

What if I can't make it?

Answer

Your presence will surely be missed. We ask that you RSVP "No" as soon as possible. If you have already RSVP'd "Yes" but find that you will not be able to make it please notify the bride at 231-670-3542.

Can I leave my car overnight?

Answer

Yes. The venue requests that cars be picked up by 12 pm the next day.

Where should I stay?

Answer

First, thank you so much for traveling the distance to celebrate with us! We have provided a list of a few hotels in the area under the travel tab with links provided. There are also many Airbnb's in the surrounding areas (too many to link, but good areas to search would be Grand Haven, Spring Lake, Fruitport, or Grand Rapids). You do not have to choose any of the ones we provide, but we hope it helps in your search.
